Where are your products made?

Graphic pendants, keychains, engraved products and message cards are designed in the UK by me (Heather- owner of Two Happy Magpies) and are then manufactured by my production partner. They have workshops in the EU and in the USA which allows for easy international shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Please see our shipping page for estimated timings for your country.

What are your dispatch times?

Message card jewellery items

These are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days. In the lead up to Christmas, please allow up to 5 working days. 

Star Map Items and photo items

Please allow up to 7 working days. These take a little longer due to the production process- they are covered in a liquid glass coating which can take a few days to fully set.

Engraved Items

Please allow 3-5 working days.

What if there is a problem with my item?

We hope that you will love our jewellery! If your order arrives defective, please e-mail details and photos to: twohappymagpies@mail.com so that we can try to make it right.

What is your cancellation policy?

Personalised/Customised Items:

You are able to change or cancel customised/personalised items (e.g Star Map items and engraved items) within 3 hours of ordering. We generally aim to get them into production as soon as possible after this window to ensure they can be dispatched as quickly as possible. Due to the highly personalised nature of these items, we regret that we are unable to make any cancellations once production has started, so please ensure that you are happy with you order details before proceeding. 

Other items: (Love Knots, Ribbon pendants etc):

These can be cancelled any time before being dispatched. 

What are your shipping times?

The below shipping times are an estimate only and may vary depending on the time of year or other circumstances (such as COVID outbreaks, severe weather or postal strikes):

- UK - within 3-7 business days

- USA - within 2-5 business days 

- Europe - within 2-5 business days.

- Canada - within 3-10 business days

- Rest of the World - within 5-20 business days. 

What is your jewellery made from?

All of our jewellery is built to last, with most pieces being either sterling silver or a combination of stainless steel with a white or yellow gold finish. Stainless steel items can contain very small amounts of nickel and therefore may not be suitable for people who are very highly sensitive to nickel. However, unlike cheaper brass/nickel based imitations it will not easily tarnish or turn your skin green!

How do I care for my jewellery?

It's best to avoid getting your jewellery wet where possible. To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth. If the item becomes soiled, then the jewellery can be gently washed in a weak dish soap solution before being rinsed and dried thoroughly. 

Jewellery should be stored in the box it arrived in or in a suitable jewellery box when not in use.
